Kyle Katoski is based in 5 Capitals’ regional hub in Bangkok where he heads ASEAN business operations for the firm. Kyle is a licensed U.S. attorney who has worked closely to support client’s growth & challenges in the Asia Pacific over the past 7 years. As a legal practitioner his specialized transactional experience spans from Fortune 500 banks to global multinationals targeting expansion efforts in emerging markets. Within 5 Capitals’ in-house counsel group, Kyle works on corporate development to underpin the company’s relationship growth with global partners, shareholders and framework clients.
In recent years, Kyle’s experience in Asia has included actively working on capacity building and energy development projects in Korea, Thailand, India, Bangladesh, Lao PDR, Myanmar and Vietnam. In developing business for 5 Capitals, he convenes partners, seeking access to project deal flow originating from Asia, and to develop network opportunities in first-mover frontier markets.
Having originally trained as a biologist his development outlook aims to satisfy elevated environmental standards and sustainability targets, as well as to reduce risks inherent in high impact ventures.
